Default Bug with the character selection screen...?

My characters were in this order:
Warrior...Monk...(empty)...Ranger

Then I created a Necro:
Warrior...Monk...Necro...Ranger

When I logged out and back in with the necro, it looked like this:
Ranger...Monk...Necro...Warrior

My question is this: Why did my ranger and warrior suddenly switch positions? Is this a bug or a "feature"?

PS:
-I know about the filter, and I have always had the filter set to none.
-The reason I care is that (I think) it shouldn't happen. I wouldn't mind if I knew the reason for it.

*You post is more of a chat than a suggestion.*

For some reason, it will randomly change the order of your characters every time you make a new one. It gets a little annoying, becuase you might want to quickly change character, but suddenly they're to the far right rather than the far left.

I think they should change it so that it rembers if you selected an organizer. This after all makes sense. There isn't much use for it once you have already logged in and taken the time to change it.

I think this annoys me more than most other people because I have 8 Character slots, and so they go off to the side of my screen when I log in.
